The Valve Watch by Ali is a clunky steampunk-inspired watch that display's the time in a natural language.   Built in a time that never was, it is powered by a miniature steam engine that dispenses with fancy dials and gizmos and simply display's 'Ten Forty Five' instead of '10:45' and can be set to any whole-number time zone in the world (sorry, Afghanistan and similar zones), the wearer simply needs to touch the watch and select the new timezone from the menu that appears.

This 19th century-inspired timepiece also has the added wonder of being able to show others the time, just chat '/101 time'.
