Make good news travel fast with this nifty gadget!  When someone buys a parcel you have made available and upon which you place this device, you will get an IM when it has been sold. To use this device, simply rez it on the parcel you want to sell. Right click on the notifier to Edit it and under the General tab set the description line to your avatar's UUID (key). This creates the connection between the parcel and you for notification purposes. If you do not know your avatar's key, please rez and touch the enclosed key giver. Once the description is set, exit Edit and touch the 'For Sale' sign.
