I will offer this item for free for now because for most of us it won't work reliably, since it has an avi skirt. 

 The name "Ilka" is inspired by Ilka Chase, a 1930s actress, but I updated it to a 2009 minidress in a dark Goth black and silver color scheme.  More versions may be coming out later.  There are two tops, the long sleeve one (as shown) and a sleeveless/strapless.

(Supposedly the disappearing skirt bug is going to be fixed soon... and even now it sometimes goes away if you edit your appearance and/or get rid of HUDS with transparent textures, which is just about all HUDs.)

 This is the first of a series based on 1930s and 1940s fashions. Like the 2000s and 2010s, the 1930s and 1940s were an awful time... but they dressed much better back then than most of us do now.
