A superb modern beach house, with echoes of the old plantation house style, Queensland is inspired by a multiple award winning design by Kerry Hill - The Ogilvie House.
This interpretation has a footprint of approx 70m long by 40m deep, and 10m high.  The house is suitable for larger plots only and deserves to be situated with open vistas from the deck and the infinity pool.  Downstairs there are a number of rooms - two being suitable as guest bedrooms, plus a generous sized garage.  Other nominal room usages (different rooms) are WC/bathroom, Utility, Laundry, Gym, Steam Room, Reflection Pool and light well, and an open area - possibly a breakfast room, and a Tool Room in the garage.  There are also two secret rooms accessed by teleport.
Upstairs there are two large bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, a kitchen/diner area (open but covered), a sitting area, a garden with water feature, a patio, and the deck and infinity pool for swimming.
All doors are scripted with NDE doors (complete with instructions, lockable and capable of being automatic), and there are operating bamboo roller blinds - courtesy of NDE windows and a bespoke texture by myself.
This house has to be seen to be appreciated.  Words alone cannot do it justice.
