Item Description
Small and functional "minimalist" house, 20x10 footprint, ideal for a 512 sqm parcel or a Skybox, low prim design (only 34 prims!), lockable doors (independent), tintable windows, internal teleporters, two independent rooms (so you can share the house with a friend...), roomy terrace on the roof (to have a party with your friends...), and invisble dome covering the terrace (so no griefer can invade your house), the house is distributed in a rezzer for easy setup.
A 512 sqm parcel can contain just 117 prims, this house takes only 34 prims, so you still have enough prims for your furniture and other stuff.
The house is Copy/Mod, so if you need to rez several copies you won't have to buy it more than once, and if you want to change the colours and textures, you can freely do it!
The house comes without any furniture.
