Make a sculptie model of any region in SL.  LandSculptor scans the sim region and creates a sculpt map texture you can use to make detailed models of your land.  You don't have to be an Estate Manager or even Parcel Owner, just rez the LandSculptor and start scanning and in about a minute, you'll be provided with a set of textures to make your own sculptie model.

As an added bonus, LandSculptor will also create a Terrain Raw file for you.  These are the files used by Estate Owners to landscape an entire sim region and you can use this file to landscape your sim or use it to view the landscape inside terrain editing tools such as Backhoe.

LandSculptor is the fastest and easiest to use tool of its kind and is created by an expert Second Life terraformer who pioneered sculptie land models.

Please note that although the LandSculptor itself is no-copy/no-mod/transfer, the sculpties it produces are full permission, so you can give them away, sell them, or whatever you'd like.
