Item Description
HOSOI ESTATES - Built by one of Second Life's top designers, this Beautiful Villa is what you always wanted to live your Second Life in. Clear design, warm colors and straight lines created a breathtaking building with a stunning atmosphere.
We currently have 4 different designs and 3 add-ons: additional left and right wing and a double garage.
The house comes with the following standard additions:
- fully automatic Window shaders on the 1e and 2e floor
- sliding stained glass doors on the first floor
- sliding stained glass windows on the 1e floor
- revolutionary sun blocking system with build in shadows
- 2 bamboo/brass/glass terras sets, sits included
Suggested plot size: 40 x 40 mtr. The building comes in a rezzable box. (Rez Faux)

Hosoi Estates Hosoi Estates is name of the main SL company. It owns two private islands, called "Virgin Island" and "Virgin Island 2" which is where all in-world company business is conducted. The main website for the company is at http://sl-estates.com/
