This is a 28-prim prefab store freebie.  The building footprint is 16m x 16m, with an inviting entrance and plenty of wall space to show off your wares.  This entire building was created using only one texture, staying aesthetically attractive yet being extremely low lag.

The prefab freebie is mod/copy/no-transfer.

This is a great shop building, and at the best price of all - free! I was easily able to modify a second copy of the store and added it on top of the first for a second story, as well. Changed the awning color, added a different color to the roof of the first story, and there you go. Great stuff - thanks OnRez@
