Lovely house or shop. It DOES fit on a 512M Parcel, all depends on your shape of parcel. My parcel is 16 X 32 Rectangle and it fits on Perfectly with room for a small garden area if i want. Great.. Awesome deal for 1Linden! thanks for putting it out there at such a great price. Oh and it's 38 Prims

Functional shop/office, does not fit on 512 land, but with larger parcels its good, rez/construct is simplicity itself dimensions/structure make it good for vendor terminals on interior and exterior of the building,worth lot more than L$1, very pleased with purchase
