Item Description
Name Visitor Counter
Summary Shows number of visitors
Description This is one of the ultimate visitor counters. With threading, it can track on average, 5000 unique visitors. An on-board cache holds the most recent 100 visitors to prevent performance degradation as the system reaches a high capacity of visitors to search through. All voice commands are activated by the owner on channel nine by default.
The owner can touch the object to see the list of all visitor names. Only the owner can see this list. Visitor names are displayed in a comma delimited list of up to 1024 characters per line of text as a limitation of the Second Life viewer.

Background History This little item began as a way to count how many visitors came to my shop. I had setup a money tree and was curious if it was attracting a lot of new people or the same bunch of people.
