Item Description
Thank you for an interest in a product from Cortech's Flying Whatsits Division. This "The Day the Earth Stood Still" UFO will interact with other Cortech UFO's or avatars in the immediate vicinity.
To use your new product:
Drag a copy onto the ground in an object-creation area to "Rez" it.
"Touch" the object and say "yes" to the dialog to activate controls.
PageUP/E = Nose Down
PageDown/C = Nose Up
LeftArrow/A = Turn Left
RightArrow/D = Turn Right
DownArrow/S = Backl
UpArrow/W = Forward
Left Mouse = Fire
The weapon* will first target other Cortech UFO's in the vicinity.
If none is found, it will then target your fellow residents of SL.
To properly use controls, you may have to close the chat bar at
the bottom of your screen, merely click "chat" or hit esc until it
dissappears.
To reduce litter, the UFO will self destruct if you leave it somewhere.
Should this happen, merely "rez" a new one. If, by chance, you end up
losing one and have your controls locks, merely press the "release keys"
at the bottom of your screen, then check to see what attachments SL
removed from your AV.
*Weapon is one of Cortech's fine PointlessTech(tm) system of armaments.
