›› Where's my favorite feature from SLB? I don't see it on Shop!

When we created Shop OnRez we tried to take the best things from SLB and add a rich new feature set to make shopping and selling even better. However, we may have passed over your favorite SLB feature. If so, we want to hear about it! Let us know by submitting feedback about your favorite missing feature at our support page.

›› Can I still use my old SLB wallet?

Yes! You can pay your SLB wallet to add funds to your Shop OnRez account. However, linking your avatar with an SLB wallet will not work. New wallets are available for Shop OnRez.

›› Do I still pay Commerce Leader to add money to my Shop OnRez account?

Yes! You can pay Commerce Leader's profile or use a Shop wallet.

›› Do I need to update my SLB vendor?

Your SLB vendor will continue to deliver items. However, if you want to change the contents of your vendor or if your vendor runs into a problem and stops checking in to the site, you'll need to update the scripts in your SLB vendor, transforming it into a Shop OnRez dropbox. You will not have to redo any of the listing information for items that were already in your SLB vendor. See How do I update my SLB vendor? to learn more.

To list new items you do need to use a Shop Dropbox instead of your SLB vendors.

›› Why should I update my SLB vendor?

We strongly recommend upgrading your SLB vendors to the new dropbox scripts. Here are some of the benefits you'll get:

• A greatly improved delivery system that will automatically refund buyers if we can't deliver their item.
• Better organization on the web. Give your dropbox a descriptive name to make your items easy to find.
• Faster updates, especially when you have a lot of items in one place.

›› How do I update my SLB vendor?

›› Do I need to update my item listings?

We have migrated all of your SLB data over to the Shop OnRez system, so you won't lose any information in the transition. However, Shop OnRez can store information about items than SLB could. In particular, we strongly suggest that you update the category listings for you items. Help about improving your search results and batch editing items will make the process easier.
