›› How do I register for an OnRez account?

Go here to register for a new account. If you already had a SLBoutique account, you can login with your SLB username and password.

›› How do I add an avatar to my OnRez account?

You can add as many Second Life accounts as you want to your onrez account. To add an account, go to the Add Identity page. Enter the name of the Second Life avatar you wish to add (first and last names).

To confirm that the avatar is yours, login to Second Life with the avatar you just added and click the"Accounts" button on any Shop OnRez kiosk and choose "Verify" from the pop-up dialog.

Teleport now to a kiosk to link your account. The kiosk list can be found here.

›› How do I delete an avatar from my OnRez account?

Go to the Identity Management page and click "Delete" next to the avatar you wish to remove. You'll be able to re-add this avatar to your account later or add it to another account.

›› How do I add money to my OnRez account?

To add money, you can pay Commerce Leader's profile. You can also use a wallet to add money. The wallet will pay Commerce Leader for you so you don't have to find his profile. Rez the wallet and pay it directly. Deposits will usually appear in your account within a couple minutes, but may take longer depending on processing delays.

Visit a kiosk to get a wallet.

›› How can I use PayPal to add money to my OnRez account?

First log in to your OnRez account. Then from the Deposit Funds page, click "Add funds to your account with PayPal." On this page choose the amount of Linden dollars you wish to purchase then click "Buy Now". Minimum purchase is L$1000. You will be redirected to the PayPal website to complete the transaction. Please note this page will refer to "The Electric Sheep Company" the makers of OnRez. When your purchase is complete you will be returned to OnRez. If you have additional questions contact our customer support.

›› What are your fees for using PayPal to deposit funds?

OnRez charges our quoted exchange rate and a $0.50USD processing fee for each transaction.

›› Are there any restrictions when using PayPal?

Yes, we limit your first transaction to $10 USD, and then ongoing usage to $50 USD per week. Over time we expect to raise those limits for trusted shoppers.

›› How do I withdraw money from my OnRez account?

Go to the Withdraw page to withdraw funds from your onrez account. On this page, you can select which linked avatar you want to be paid in world and the amount you want the avatar to be paid. Your avatar will receive the money within a few minutes.

›› How do I see mature items when using Shop OnRez?

You must be over 18 to see items on this site that are designated as mature (or adult-only). Go to the preferences page and confirm your age.

Once you have confirmed your age, you can choose to show mature items by default in your preferences. Otherwise, on any search page, you can click "On" in the "Show mature items?" section at the upper right corner of the items listing.

›› Why has my account been banned?

We reserve the right to disable logins for accounts that have violated our terms of service. If you have questions about the status of your account, email support@onrez.com or IM Miss Sheep inside Second Life.
